Any of our fine yarns can be hand washed gently with cool water and layed flat to dry.
Some of our yarns can be machine washed, but you will need to decide if you feel machine washing would negatively alter your finished piece. The cotton and rayon blends can generally be machine washed, but should not be put in a dryer unless you use low heat. Panda cotton - absolutely NO HEAT because of the elastic. Machine washable wools : these have been treated so they can be machine washed and dried, but use only cool to warm water, and low to medium heat. Excessive agitation or heat could still cause some felting. |
